KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) is one of the regional leaders in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Neonatology. The hospital, which accomodates 830 beds and with more than 400 specialists as of today, provides services to handle high-risk conditions in women and children. To serve people better and to provide convenience to visitors, it runs a free shuttle service between the hospital and Novena or Bugis MRT stations.
Please do take note that the seating capacity of the shuttle bus is limited to 23 persons for safety reasons.

- At KKH: Pick–up point in between of Children's Tower and Women's Tower
- At Novena MRT: Taxi stand at Square 2, along Irrawaddy Road
- At Bugis MRT: Bus stop outside Bugis MRT Exit A, along Victoria Street
- 8.00am - 9.30pm (Mon-Fri except public holidays) on approximately 15 mins interval
- Patients/Visitors who want to go to KKH from Novena or Bugis MRT and vice versa.
- Residents who stay around Thomson Road (Thomson Euro Asia, Birmingham Mansions), Moulmein Road (Mulberry Tree, Novena Suite, The Huntington), Sinaran Dr (Soleil @ Sinaran, Apleton view, Novelis), Rochor Road, Ophir Road.
- Shoppers of Velocity, Novena Square, Square 2 Shopping Centre, United Square, Sim Lim Square, Sim Lim Tower, Fu Lu Shou Complex, Bugis Village, Iluma, Bugis Junction, Victoria Street Wholesale center, Golden Landmark Shopping complex.
- Visitors of Novena Medical Centre, Revenue House, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Parkway Health Hospital, Novena Church, Revival Centre Church, Raffles Hospital, Parkview Square, Singapore - Johor Taxi Service, Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple, Sri Krishnan Temple, Kampong Java Park, Farrer Park Tennis Centre & swimming complex.
